This policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms for services provided by No7 Beauty Room.
Appointment Deposits
Certain treatments require a 25% deposit to secure the booking.
Deposit terms:
- • Deposits are non-refundable
- • Deposits secure your appointment time
- • Deposits will be deducted from the final treatment price
Failure to pay the deposit within the requested time may result in the booking being cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments.
If a client:
- • cancels late
- • fails to attend an appointment
- • does not show up
The deposit will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals
If a client arrives late for the appointment:
- • treatment time may be reduced
- • the full treatment price may still apply
Appointments may be cancelled if the delay affects other scheduled clients.
Refunds
Beauty treatments are professional services and results may vary from person to person.
Refunds are generally not provided for completed services.
However, if you have concerns regarding a treatment, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Voucher terms:
- • non-refundable
- • cannot be exchanged for cash
- • must be presented at the time of appointment
Lost or stolen vouchers may not be replaced
